Hi-Fiber WF

Hi-Fibre WF allows the stabilization of oils and fats in various matrices and acts as a water-oil emulsifier

In cold conditions and under heat treatments It is able to form gels.  The use of Hi-Fibre WF together with fats and oils and water provides the following advantages:

  • Stability to heat and temperature treatments and to freezing and thawing phases
